Return & Store Credit Policy

At Clover & Co., each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted to meet the highest standards of quality. We encourage you to review our policy below before placing your order.

No Refunds

Clover & Co. follows a strict no-refund policy.
Once an order has been placed and delivered, it is not eligible for monetary refunds, including cash, bank transfer, or reversal to the original payment method.

Returns for Store Credit

We offer returns exclusively in the form of store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • A return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

    • In its original condition

    • With all tags, labels, and original packaging intact

All returned items undergo a quality inspection. Clover & Co. reserves the right to approve or decline returns based on this assessment.

Store Credit Terms

  • Approved returns will be issued store credit via a unique coupon code

  • Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue

  • Redeemable exclusively on the Clover & Co. website

  • Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Store credit may be used once unless otherwise stated

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional campaigns

  • Custom-made, altered, or limited-edition pieces

  • Accessories and items marked as Final Sale

  • Any item showing signs of wear, damage, fragrance, or use

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images or a video highlighting the concern

Upon verification, Clover & Co. will arrange a replacement or issue store credit, at our discretion.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part

  • We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping service, as Clover & Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified
